Tower E Pro

The Tower E Pro is designed for efficient and controlled panel repair without the need for external compressed air or electrical connections. With its 2 m tower height, the system provides an extended working range for pulling operations at different heights and positions on the vehicle.
The Tower E Pro combines battery-powered vacuum anchoring with an integrated electric winch, providing a highly mobile and versatile solution for demanding panel repair applications.
2 m Tower Height
The 2 m tower provides an extended vertical working range, allowing the pulling position to be adapted to different areas of the vehicle. This provides greater flexibility when working on damage at different heights and enables the pulling direction to be positioned according to the repair requirement.
Automatic Vacuum System
The integrated battery-powered compressor generates the vacuum required to securely fix the tower to the workshop floor. Once the required vacuum level has been reached, the automatic controller switches the compressor off.
If the vacuum level drops, the compressor automatically starts again and restores the required vacuum. This intelligent control reduces unnecessary compressor operation, helping to extend battery operating time while also reducing noise in the workshop.
Two Vacuum Settings
The Tower E Pro provides two vacuum settings for different working conditions. The standard mode provides secure anchoring for normal applications. When additional vacuum is required, the high-vacuum function can be activated at the touch of a button. A blue indicator light confirms that the high-vacuum mode is active.
Repositionable Suction Element
For greater flexibility on uneven workshop floors, the suction element can be removed and repositioned at a different location on the tower base. This allows the technician to select a more suitable contact point and achieve secure anchoring in different working conditions.
Battery-Powered Electric Winch
The integrated electric winch allows pulling and releasing to be controlled electrically, reducing manual effort and providing excellent control throughout the repair process.
The winch can be operated directly from the controls on the Tower E Pro or with the supplied remote control. Remote operation allows the technician to work from the position that provides the best view of the damaged area while controlling the pulling operation.
Three Pulling Speeds
Three selectable winch speeds allow the technician to adapt the pulling operation to the individual repair. The different speed settings provide the right balance between faster movement and precise control, particularly when progressively correcting panel damage.
